How Chipmunks Dance AI processes account, photo, video-generation, and payment data.

1. Data controller and contact

Chipmunks Dance AI is operated by Cherry, an independent developer (the “Service”). For privacy questions or requests, contact support@chipmunksdanceai.live.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Account and security data: email address, account ID, sign-in and session information, IP address, device or browser information, and security logs.
  • Generation data: uploaded reference photos, selected templates and settings, task IDs and status, generated video URLs, and related metadata.
  • Payment data: product, amount, currency, order and payment status, subscription status, and credit balance. Payment providers process checkout and card data; we do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
  • Technical and usage data: request, error, and service logs. If an optional analytics integration is enabled, that provider may receive usage and device information.
  • Support data: messages and information you choose to include when contacting support.
  • Cookie data: essential cookies used for sign-in, security, language, and core site functions, plus optional analytics cookies where enabled and permitted.

3. How and why we use information

We use information as needed to:

  • Create, authenticate, and protect accounts.
  • Process photos and settings to generate and deliver videos you request.
  • Screen for prohibited content, fraud, and abuse, and protect the Service and its users.
  • Take payment and manage orders, credits, and subscriptions.
  • Respond to support, billing, and privacy requests.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Service.
  • Measure site performance through optional analytics when enabled and permitted by applicable law.

Depending on the law that applies, we process information to provide the Service or fulfill a purchase you request, meet legal obligations, protect users and the Service, or based on your consent where required. We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded photos, generation settings, or generated videos to train or fine-tune AI models operated by us. This does not control the independent data practices of third-party providers.

4. AI generation and safety screening

When you request a video, we process the photos, template choices, and generation settings needed to fulfill that request. We may send those materials to selected AI generation, media-processing, or safety-screening providers. Such providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and their retention practices may differ from ours. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with these providers, and avoid uploading sensitive material unless you accept this processing.

We may use automated safety checks before or during generation to detect prohibited content or abuse. These checks can produce false positives or false negatives and do not guarantee that every prohibited item will be identified. We do not use submitted content to train models operated by us.

5. Storage and retention

Uploaded media is stored in the Service's configured object storage. To let Kie retrieve photos for generation, the Service provides public HTTPS file URLs to the provider; anyone who obtains one of these unlisted URLs may be able to access that file. Generation settings, task status, provider task IDs, and result links may be stored in the application database. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The Service may not set a fixed automatic deletion period for every upload or task record.

You may email us to request deletion. We will review the request and delete or restrict information where required and technically possible, subject to legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements. We cannot set or guarantee deletion schedules for files or logs retained independently by third-party providers. Download generated media you want to keep; provider policies and retention periods may change.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We share information only as needed with selected AI generation and safety-screening providers, payment processors, hosting, database, storage, and email providers, and optional analytics providers when enabled. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal rights.

These providers may process information in countries or regions different from yours. Where required, we use applicable safeguards for international transfers. Each provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its processing.

7. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, security, language preferences, and core site functions. Optional analytics are used only when configured and, where required, after consent. You can manage cookies through the consent controls or your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; request restriction of or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email support@chipmunksdanceai.live from your account address. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond within 30 days, or tell you if the law allows an extension.

9. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for data in transit and access controls for Service systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.

The Service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. Do not upload any photo or other reference material depicting a person under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Service or its data practices change. The current version and effective date will appear here. For privacy requests, contact support@chipmunksdanceai.live.
